Quick & Easy : Healthy recipes post the festivities !

We spent an amazing weekend , prepping to welcome our Lord Ganesha at home and we really enjoyed all the yummy food we consumed over the past 3-4 days. Now that we’re back to work and have to make up for all the calories we’ve inhaled just being around the yummy barfis and modaks we promise to share with you our quick , easy and healthy recipes !

Mushroom & Barley soup : The first time we tried this one was over a Sunday Brunch at The Pantry in Kala Ghoda. We loved it so much that we decided to try our hand at this yummy and healthy soup. It turned out quite alright and was really filling and low calorie so I guess it is only fair that it features on our menu at home this week !

Chicken and Brocolli pasta : We love this recipe because it’s easy to make and is only about 280 calories !
